Gondola Open Daily

The big news at Crystal Mountain is the opening of the Gondola at the Ski Resort, the only gondola at a ski area in Washington State!

Visitors can journey almost 2,500 vertical feet over alpine terrain from the base area to the top of the mountain in less than 10 minutes. There are a total of 18 cabins, each seat eight passengers.

The Gondola provides access to the Summit House, a breathtaking vista of Mount Rainier and four other volcanoes on clear days - Mt. Adams, Mt. Baker, Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Hood.

The gondola opens many opportunities for fun on the mountain, such as:

• Sunday Brunch, Friday and Saturday night Sunset Dinners, and Lunch at the Summit House
• Outdoor tables for picnics at the summit
• Lounge chairs at the summit to enjoy the sun and the scenery
• Dogs can ride the gondola, but must remain leashed and under control
• On weekends, US Forest Service Rangers provide nature talks and answer questions.
