Crystal Mountain Lodging's Booking Policies

• We require the first night's rent as a deposit to hold your reservation
• Full payment is charged upon arrival
• Check in time is 4:00 pm. Earlier check in time may be possible for an extra charge
• No shows and cancellations inside of 10 days of arrival are non refundable for the full amount
• Cancellations prior to 10 days of arrival will be charged a 10% handling fee
• Check out time is 12:00 pm (noon). All keys should be returned to the front desk before 12:00 pm to avoid extra charges. A charge of 200 will be applied to your credit card if all keys are not returned as we will have to re-key the unit for security purposes
• Your reservation is for a specified number of guests. Should that number change please let us know
• Room prices includes free parking for one vehicle. Additional vehicles are $8 each
• All condominiums are non smoking and pets are not allowed. A minimum charge of $200 will be applied if this policy if violated.
• We are not responsible for power outages or the weather challenges of living in the mountains or visitng Crystal Mountain Resort. However, we will do everything possible to minimize guests inconvenience due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our company is committed to reducing our impact on the environment, which is why we have adopted environmentally friendly practices and green policies.

• Recycling bins are located on premises to encourage our guests to recycle plastics and aluminum.
• We use energy saving light bulbs as well as water-saving shower heads.
• All of our paper products are made out of recycled material.
• We made our operation more efficient, limiting our driving time significantly, reducing gas consumption, and using online storage to reduce paper use.
• Many of our condominium owners have installed eco-friendly fireplaces as well as energy efficient appliances.
